About Lenora
Hon. Lenora Qereqeretabua is the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Fiji Government and also serves as the Deputy Speaker of the Fiji Parliament. She was first elected to Parliament in 2018, campaigning primarily on issues related to environmental protection, youth empowerment, and increasing women’s representation in Pacific parliaments. Before entering politics, Lenora had an extensive career in communications, including her role as Manager of the Vodafone Fiji ATH Foundation. She also worked as a Public Relations Manager, a professional television host, and a Master of Ceremonies. Notably, she hosted The Pacific Way, the region’s longest-running television show, produced by the Pacific Community (SPC). Throughout her career, Hon. Qereqeretabua has remained actively involved with local and international charities and aid organizations, championing causes such as environmental justice, suicide prevention, and advancing women's representation.
